get down stay down

We almost had the chance to see Thao with the Get Down Stay Down when they were supposed to open for Xiu Xiu at the Orange Show, but Houston's rainy weather forced the show to be cancelled. I was really looking forward to seeing this show because of the surroundings that the Orange Show provided, but I mainly wanted to go because of Thao. Recently, I came across this song and video and fell in love:

Hopefully Thao will bring her Get Down Stay Down back to the Orange Show in the near future for a night of indie-pop fun. Although, If you can't wait to get to the Orange Show, there is that other show this weekend.
